Built in excess of HCA minimum space guidelines. Featured Solar Thermal Panels which are estimated to contribute 18% of the annual energy needs for the tenants. Built to Code of Sustainable Homes Level 4, Lifetime Homes and Secured by Design achieved. The building is also DDA compliant and fully adaptable with provision of hoist through floor life and/or stair lift.
